Returns & Refunds
We offer all our customers a 30 day right of withdrawal and return policy for all uninstalled products. Simply return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us at hello@nordicwalls.com, and we will assist you with the return process.
Please note: The product does not need to be returned within 30 days. We only need to receive your cancellation notice within 30 days of receiving the product.
Extended Warranty: Nordic Cover
We offer an extended warranty called Nordic Cover, which you can add to any wallpaper purchase at the checkout.
Nordic Cover enhances the satisfaction guarantee and gives you a worry-free installation experience. It covers installation mistakes or unsatisfactory results, even after installation, and gives you 90 days to receive a free replacement wallpaper.
Returns
When contacting us to return an order, please provide the order number from your order confirmation. We will then provide instructions for return shipping.
Good to know
- We cannot process your refund until we have received the returned product.
- Free return shipping.
- Returned orders will be recycled. Since our products are custom made to your specific measurements, they cannot be resold.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned order, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, with no transaction fees deducted.
Before installation, please ensure that the product meets your expectations. We do not reimburse any costs related to installation or mounting.
Please note: Additional services such as Express Shipping or Protect Plus are non-refundable.
Quick Cancellations
If you have just placed your order and changed your mind, or realized that you selected the wrong size,you can always cancel or adjust your order before it has been produced or shipped. It’s better for everyone, including the planet.
Contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number, and we will cancel your order before it reaches our workshop. To do so, simply reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us at hello@nordicwalls.com.
