Tess founded her studio, Tess J Design, in 2007, after studying at Berghs School of Communication. For more than twenty years she has worked across illustration, pattern design, visual identity and brand communication, for clients ranging from new startups to established names.
That mix, equal parts artist and strategist, runs through everything in this collection.
This is her first collaboration with Nordic Walls, and her signature is everywhere in it.
The motifs are expressive and detailed, built to shape the atmosphere around them. Very few sit quietly in the background.
The range moves from delicate floral wallpaper to bolder, more graphic wallpaper art. So there is something for a calm bedroom, and something for a hallway that needs new energy.
