These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer (“you”), place an order on Nordicwalls.com and its related pages (the “Website”). An agreement is entered into between you and Nordic Walls Studio AB, company registration number 559549-6141 (“Nordic Walls” or “we”), Kapellgatan 2, 553 17 Jönköping, Sweden, hello@nordicwalls.com. 

These Terms apply only when you order as a consumer via the Website.

We are not responsible for products being out of stock and reserve the right for any image or typographical errors on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, incorrect prices, price adjustments (e.g., supplier price changes, currency fluctuations), or incorrect stock information. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for a product you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order.

Agreement and Orders

You must accept these Terms in order to place an order on the Website. By accepting the Terms, you agree to comply with them in full. You also confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to our processing of your personal data as described therein. 

A purchase agreement governed by these Terms is not concluded until we have confirmed your order in writing and you have received an order confirmation by email. 
We recommend that you save your order confirmation for future reference when contacting customer service. 

You may withdraw your order at any time before it has been confirmed by us. If you withdraw your order, we will refund any payments made by you or your payment provider in connection with the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment remarks).

Customer Information

When placing an order via the Website, you will be asked to provide certain personal information and confirm that it is accurate and complete. You are responsible for any incorrectly submitted information.

Prices, Fees, and Payment

All prices listed on the Website include VAT. Prices do not include payment or shipping fees, which are specified separately.

You may pay using the payment methods indicated on the Website. From time to time, certain payment methods may not be available, or we may change the payment method if the one you selected does not work at the time of purchase.

Special Offers

We may occasionally provide special offers on the Website with terms more favorable than those stated in these Terms (for example, regarding payment or extended withdrawal rights). Such favorable terms apply only during the validity period of the offer and only to the specified products.

We reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a special offer, these Terms apply without modification. All offers for specific products apply for a limited time and while stocks last.

Shipping and Delivery

Products are normally produced within one to four business days and then scheduled for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, it will arrive at your doorstep within 2 - 6 days (for the USA, EU, and the United Kingdom).

The expected delivery time is stated in your order confirmation, at checkout, and/or on the relevant product page. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order.

When your order has been transferred to our delivery partner, a tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided at the checkout. If you have not received a tracking code within 5 days of placing your order, please contact our customer support by replying to your order confirmation email, or by sending an email with your name and order number to hello@nordicwalls.com. Our delivery partner will notify you when necessary for delivery. If a parcel must be collected at a designated pickup point, you must collect it within the specified time. If not collected in time, you may be charged a fee.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products on the Website, you have a statutory 30 day right of withdrawal. This means you may cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days from the date you or your representative received the product. 

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your specifications or that have a clearly personalized character, including our custom-sized wallpapers, prints, and patterns. In such cases, we instead offer a 30 day return policy for uninstalled products, with a full refund. The return period begins on the date you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear notice before the withdrawal period expires. Please include your name, address, order number, and other relevant information. You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form (www.konsumentverket.se). 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for the condition of the product after receipt and during return shipping.
  • We recommend returning the product well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us.

We will issue a refund as soon as possible, normally within 3 - 10 days, and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof of return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. Nordic Walls shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or installation costs beyond the product value

Satisfaction Guarantee

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for all uninstalled products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us for assistance with returns and refunds. 

Product Quality and Complaints

Color variations may occur between prints and between the product shown on your screen and the physical printed product. We follow applicable print standards and are not responsible for variations caused by your device’s screen settings. We do not accept complaints regarding color variations unless they are clearly noticeable and a product sample has been provided to and approved by you. 

You have the right to submit complaints regarding products purchased on the Website within three years. The right to complain applies to products that are defective under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you wish to file a complaint, contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect. If the complaint is approved, we will refund you or replace the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. While we aim to handle complaints within 30 days, processing times may vary depending on the product.

We follow the guidelines issued by the Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Relevant consumer information is also available from Konsumentverket.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website and become valid when you accept the updated Terms (for example, in connection with a new purchase or browsing the Website), or 30 days after we have informed you of the changes. 

We recommend reviewing the Website regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law and Disputes

If a dispute arises between you and Nordic Walls that cannot be resolved mutually:

  • Swedish customers may contact the Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Nordic Walls follows ARN’s recommendations.
  • EU customers may submit complaints via the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
  • Customers in other regions should contact their local consumer authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with the Stockholms tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
